At ForayMail, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information (processed securely via Stripe).

Connected Email Accounts: To provide our core Service, you must connect your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP/IMAP accounts. We collect and store OAuth tokens and credentials securely.

Email Data: We process email metadata, sent emails, and incoming replies for the purpose of campaign tracking, sentiment analysis, and email warmup. We do not sell or share your email data with third-party advertisers.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, such as IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited, to help us improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• Send emails on your behalf as configured in your campaigns.
• Analyze replies to detect out-of-office responses and lead sentiment.
• Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

ForayMail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request the scopes strictly necessary to send emails on your behalf and read replies for campaign tracking. Your Google data is never used to train generalized AI models or sold to third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate our business, such as:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• OpenAI: For processing reply sentiment analysis (data is not used to train their models via API).

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You can manage your account data directly from the ForayMail dashboard. If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information (like your authentication session). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but this may prevent you from using some parts of the Service.
